2. One-Time Sales & Immediate Digital Content Delivery All purchases of our online skiing simulation access plans are one-time, flat-fee transactions. We do not operate on a recurring subscription model unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Because our products consist purely of digital access and interactive simulation content, no physical delivery, shipping tracking numbers, or logistics will be provided. Access is fulfilled immediately and automatically to your registered account or via email upon payment confirmation.
3. Digital Content Delivery and Consumer Rights Notice Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant UK consumer frameworks, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from online purchases. 4. Limited License and Permitted Use When you purchase digital access, fluidskiing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal, and limited license to access and use the interactive simulation content solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
No Ownership Rights: You explicitly acknowledge that you acquire only a right of use regarding the digital challenges. You do not acquire any ownership, title, or intellectual property rights over the simulation software, interactive assets, or source code.
Intellectual Property Protection: All source codes, software, algorithms, gameplay mechanics, visual interfaces, website designs, audio, music, graphics, and original product media on www.fluidskiing.com are our exclusive property.
Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, extracting assets, ripping artwork, or exploiting any part of our services for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
5. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention As a brand-owned and self-operated platform, we take payment security and fraud prevention very seriously. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
To protect both consumers and the platform, we maintain robust digital logs of your purchase, including IP addresses, account activation timestamps, and access logs.
